Leadership Strategic Change Inertia (LSCI):
Refers to the resistance or reluctance of organisational leaders to embrace and drive strategic change initiatives effectively. This inertia may stem from various factors, including fear of the unknown, attachment to existing processes, or a lack of understanding of the need for change. It often results in leaders hesitating to adopt new strategies or failing to provide the necessary support and direction for change efforts to succeed.
